Santa Rosita

While it is a bit of a walk from the office about fifteen minutes and in the same shopping center as Guadalajara Restaurant which I wrote about on 4/18. Santa Rosita is where I had my first Baleadas. With eggs, cheese, beans and crema. It was delicious and filling. I often want to have breakfast type things during lunch and this fills that desire perfectly.

Las Palmeras

These are the kinds of meals that keep my blood pressure high. Pupusas with plantains and rice and beans. Yummy. A bit far from the office to be a regular spot, but very good.
