Store Bought Dim Sum

I'm not so crazy for store bought dim sum, unlike frozen ravioli dim sum doesn't seem to make the trip from the freezer to the plate to well. But it's much better than none at all. Perhaps with time my dad and brother will discover some secrets to preparing them better. But until then I remain slightly frustrated and unsatisfied with frozen dumplings.
