Santa Rosita

While it is a bit of a walk from the office about fifteen minutes and in the same shopping center as Guadalajara Restaurant which I wrote about on 4/18. Santa Rosita is where I had my first Baleadas. With eggs, cheese, beans and crema. It was delicious and filling. I often want to have breakfast type things during lunch and this fills that desire perfectly.
