Cakes

Matt was asked to review the new Nestle Chocolatier baking chocolate, and so we made some molten chocolate cakes. There were a few missteps in the process, nothing irreparable, but we only ended up with one nearly perfect specimen. We ate all the evidence. The chocolate is very classy. Clean, harmonious, and not overly sweet. It may lack the complexity of the truly top chocolate, but while I was eating the cakes I wasn't really all the concerned with that. Yummy. The low resolution pictures and videos don't do the product justice.

Nice stuff....next time let me know you're shooting video. I can do my color commentary....and that's not a reference to Jimmy the Greek....
