Their are some bad divers out their. Not a bold statement, but when you work at a traffic court you really see them. The ones so bad not even a lawyer, a good lawyer can really help them. If you get more than three speeding tickets in three months all twenty plus over the limit you're in big trouble. That's the thing it's not how fast but how much over, unless it ninety plus because even in a sixty five zone that's way over. 1-10 is three points, 11-20 is four,21-30 is six points and 31-40 is eight and 40+ is eleven, and that gets you a revocation. We get people in a lot more trouble than that. Six and seven 6 point speeds, multiple insurance tickets, red lights and stop signs. People in real jams, and you look at their records and think just from the suspensions fees it costs them a fortune to be that bad on the road. Every suspension lift is 35 dollars, and some people have dozens of them. It makes me ill thinking about. And that's just the movers.
