First Cook With New Grill
Matt got a beautiful new Char Broil grill. It's some sort of hybrid gas grill with radiant heat technology made by a company named TEC. I don't really understand it. I just know it gets really hot. Here are some pictures.

By the way-- it's a Char-Broil/TEC grill. Not just TEC. They design the infrared burner, but Char-Broil has a great long history of making wonderful gas grills. This is just a new generation combining the best of two worlds.
