Club TPVA

Under the traffic court there is a large basement where we store the cash receipts, and other financial transactions in case we make a mistake or need to have proof of something. It is said to be both dirty and smelly with a side order of vermin, oh and dusty as hell. I wouldn't know I've never been there. It is however supposed to be huge, and have a bathroom with a shower. Makes me wonder what the building was used for before it was a court. None of this is really important. My friend Dr. GS Lover and I have often talked about putting a club done there so that instead of just sitting in the courtroom people could be downstairs partying until they have their conference. It's the only civilized thing to do. I could be wrong.
